Our Mission

No-shows are a silent tax on small businesses and independent professionals. A missed appointment means lost revenue, wasted time, and a gap in your schedule that is almost impossible to fill last minute.

The existing solutions are either too expensive, too manual, or too narrow — sending only SMS and ignoring the platforms your clients actually use. In markets where WhatsApp is the default way to communicate, an SMS-only reminder tool is a bad fit.

We built Calendar Reminder to close that gap: an add-on that works where your clients are, whether that is SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email — all from inside Google Calendar, without switching tabs or learning a new tool.

What We're Building

Calendar Reminder is a Google Workspace add-on that lets you schedule automated appointment reminders directly from the event editing panel. No external dashboard, no CSV imports, no extra steps.

We are a small, focused team based in Europe. We build in public, ship fast, and listen closely to what our users need. Our goal is to be the most reliable and multi-channel reminder tool available for Google Calendar.

How We Work

Simple by default

We cut features that add complexity without adding value. The add-on should do one thing excellently: remind your attendees.

Privacy first

Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and never sold or shared. We collect only what is necessary to deliver reminders.

Responsive support

We respond to every support email within 24–48 hours. When something breaks, we fix it the same day.
